He holds certificates in SWPPP and Traffic Control. He has designed multiple pollution control systems and traffic control solutions. Mr. Banuelos has a civil engineering degree from UC Davis.

Mr. Sedlik is an experienced business manager and has many years of experience helping companies maximize their competitive advantages. He is currently the President at California Business Ventures. Mr. Sedlik was previously the Secretary at the California State Business, Transportation and Housing Agency. He holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
